I'm replacing the heater hoses and one is labeled 11/16" but no one carries that, will 3/4" work, it's only a 1/16" bigger?

Should, all of mine are the same size. As long as the connections are tight with clamps, shouldn't matter.

On my 98, one hose is 5/8" and the other is 11/16".
I just used 5/8" hose for both. It was a tight squeeze, but it'll go on.

I've got 5/8" and 3/4", if the 3/4" starts to leak, I'll just stick on the 5/8".
