where to get fuel tank seal?

I just recently replaced the fuel pump on my 94 XJ and either the pump never came with a rubber seal or I lost it in the process. Anyways today my brother filled the tank up all the way and it was profusely leaking gas from the tank. I've called all around and no shops carry the seal by itself.

Anyone know where I can get one? anyone have one I can buy?

Dealers have it for a little over $5 (the honest ones have it for $5.70, the yuppie ones for 6 and change, and Brileya's in Rutland Vermont for $18), so don't pay more than $3 in shipping on it if you have a reasonably good dealer in the area.
