Clutch question

I have a BA-10 trany (junk i know) 141000 on it. My question us how can you tell if the master cylinder or slave is bad or going? My porblem is i can barley shift into gear. Checked fulid yesterday and it was well below the min line in the resvior. I filled it up but noticed no differance in shifting.

look for fluid leaking from the bellhousing.

have you tried bleeding the clutch?

Look under the jeep and found clear fluid on the bellhousing. So dose this mean i have to replace the SC/MC?
