where is the free camp jeep???

the last few years they've had these little free camp jeep events where they let you test drive some of the jeeps on a little off-road and on-road course, and have a bunch of games and activities. my wife and me went to the last 2 or 3 and had alot of fun, but i can't seem to find where/when it's going to be this year.

anybody know anything about that???

the only thing i've been able to see for this year is that big camp jeep in elkhart WI where you have to pay a few hundred to camp/wheel for a weekend.

You're looking for Jeep 101, not Camp Jeep.

Went to one a few years ago in PA. While they do let you drive the new stuff, very restricted. Can't take it out and beat the h3ll out fo them.

Worth a few hours of time if one is nearby.

yeah jeep 101.

they're fun to just spend an afternoon at. and last year they even had a owners playground where you could take your own jeep wheeling. it's nothing overly exciting, but like i said....it's a great way to spend a afternoon and meet some people.

so no idea where they are this year???

We, www.bmja.org, run jeep 101's a couple of times a year, also the 201 recovery course, held at either paragon or RC... next one is sept or oct I think.
