anyone have one? i was wondering how people mounted the winch to them and what it looks like, as the directions said nothing about it.

I have the bumper, but I’m saving the $ for a winch. This is what I would do.
1) Put the winch in the bumper and use a marker to mark the holes from the winch to the bottom of the plate that the winch mounts to.
2) Use a punch and a hammer to put a small dent in the metal so your drill bit won’t walk.
3) Drill the holes
4) Bolt the winch in by running the bolt from the bottom so you do hot have the threads hanging down where you can mess them up on the rocks.
5) Make sure all the frame tie bolts are installed and bolted tight.
6) Winch away.
