4.0L with blow-by problem

i have a 88 xj with 4.0L. theres blow-by oil coating the ail filter.i read the post about ordering the vaccum harness and such. i was wondering if i have to get a valve cover do i have to get one that has the pcv valve built in or is there an after market cover that you can buy the valve seperate?
