Tire carrier on factory bumper.

Searched and couldn't find what I was looking for. I saw a post a few mounths ago with a blue XJ with an aftermarket swing-out tire carrier mounted to the factory rear bumper. Im looking for some info about this, and who makes it?
Any help would be great......Thanks

detours i think. its part of the backbone system.

you sure it wasnt the stock one that is found on some older xjs? it attaches on the right side and goes and attaches almost below the bumper. it may be that.

No.... im sure it wasn't factory, It looked like one you would get on an aftermarket bumper.
