i am in the middle on installing a t-case drop and i just cannot get the crossmember aligned. i have the drives side all done but the passenger side i still have yet to do. i can get one bolt in, without the spacer. so do you think i can drive about 20 miles with that setup to have someone finish the t-case drop?

Just take the otherside of the tc drop off and then drive it.

should i put the stock bolts back in or just use the ones that came with the kit? because i kindof destroyed the stock bolts

The side that is done, do you have those bolts all torqued down when you're still trying to get the other side aligned?

If so, loosen up the completed side and it'll give you the play that you need to get the other side bolted up.

Yes it's a PITA. Loosen the side that is done and stay at it. They will go in.

yea we went over it alot but i just cannot get it aligned so i am going to take it to a place to have it finished. i just want to know if it will last the drive over

What about slightly opening up/slotting the hole the bolt goes through, or is it off a lot?

use a rachet strap hooked to the crossmember and axle to pull it into place
