I need new front diff

I was driving home from work today and had just pulled onto the freeway when BOOM something in my front end blew up. I pulled it off of the freeway and parked it and called a friend to see if he could look at it and called somebody else to have it towed to his house.

The tow truck got there and the front wheels wont even spin now so he had to drag it on to the flatbed with the winch.

I have no idea what happened but I am thinking broken axel, blown ring and pinion, broken wheel bearing, or my favorite all of the above.

Well here is the diagnosis: Cracked ring and pinion, shreaded spider gears, bent axel, fried both bearings. Man did I FFFF it up, when I pulled the diff cover off it sounded like coins dropping into the tray at the casino (tink tink tink tink tink)

Anyway now I need the whole thing, complete front end D30 for a 95 xj. can anyone help me out, it is my daily driver so I would like to have it done this weekend.

I'm sure it is a Dana 30. I have ring and pinion 3.07 gears. Only used if you have a manual 6cyl. Does that help?
 
Yes it is a D30 sorry didnt put that I would perfer the whole enchilada but it I cant get one then that might help but why only use on a manual? I have an automatic.

Auto and manual have different stock axle gear ratios. You may want to check your rear diff gear ratios because you never know.

well, if you are looking to upgrade at the same time i know a guy selling the Aussie Locker out of his D30. if your interested pm me and i will talk to him
 
yes/no....yes b/c its a d30 but no because its not a direct bolt in...YJ have leaf springs up front not coils...some fab work would be needed....be cheaper just to get one out of a ZJ, XJ, MJ or TJ

Thats what I thought but all those other ones you mentioned are direct bolt on's?
