Ram Assist and leaky steering gear

Ok I ported the box my self and didn't rebuild it because it was a pretty new box and had no leaks. Well you guessed it started leaking as soon as I got everything buttoned up:doh: . It was leaking from the bottom of the sector shaft, so i took everything back apart and rebuilt it. Went on one wheeling trip and it was fine for a while, but has now started leaking again in the exact same place. any suggestions on what would cause this?

is the shaft worn. with a worn shaft no seal will help ya. when you drilled for assist are you sure you removed allll shavings from the entire thing other wise you'll just keep tearing up things.

It was a pretty new box so I don't think the shaft is worn, and I got all the shavings out.
