What happened to DOT approved ratchet straps to hold your jeep on the trailer? Lowes,Home Depot.Auto zone,Wallmart and Nappa only sell the cheap China non DOT straps. Are 3300 lbs China straps good enough or should I use chains and a boomer? I'm getting sick of China's crap especially when it's not that cheap. 18 bucks for a POS strap. GRRRRRRRR.

You can use straps provided you have at least one chain as a safety.
At least in Illinois.

I always use chains and binders. Works better, but can damage your axles by chafing them. Problem can be allievated by wrapping used sections of firehose around the axle.
As for the good 10,000lb straps. Most RV and Trailer places have them.
