Oh they do.
The worst part is when my mom comes over and cleans something. That bugs the shit outta me.

Oh they do.
The worst part is when my mom comes over and cleans something. That bugs the shit outta me. My parents used to ride me about all kinds of things. Even into my thirties. Now, whenever they bring up anything, I start hassling them about their cholesterol, their diet, more exercise and reducing stress in their lives. I've researched a lot of it, so I just lay it on thicker and thicker "out of concern" for their health. Mostly they don't say anything anymore... :D
The inlaws, on the other hand, still drive me bats. There's not much I can say about resisting conversion to Mormonism... :D

Funny thing about Mormons...
If you ever take one fishing and DON'T want him to drink all your beer(?). Just bring a second Mormon.

Very true.
If all youd like to do is shut them up about converting then read some scriptures, theres many of them that support not converting and living a good life. kept my parents and thier friends off my ass till I got married to a good mormon girl, now shes converted to the dark side :scottm:

Having grandma and grandpa next door in nice to a point. When the kids keep calling me grandma, that's when I have a problem. It happens all the time.
BTW, how did this post go from car sex, to mormons to grandparents???

When you bring up sex the mormons are going to complain and sex eventually leads to there being grandparents... duh!

You know what the funniest thing about Mormons is?
Its the fact that so many people rag on them and yet they know absolutely nothing about them. They are the most mis-understood religion this country has ever seen.
I am not a Mormon but have grown up in Utah my whole life. I come from a Mormon family and probably have a better take on Mormonism then most non-Mormons do.
What I see more then anything is a country that is just plain stupid and intolerant of people who aren't like them.
I don't know how many times I have had out of stater's ask me about my horns or spout off about some belief that Mormons have which is just plain not true.
I don't agree with their teachings...mostly because I believe that the church was founded buy a guy who was nothing more then a snake charmer. I do however know a ton of Mormons and not one of them is a bad person.
The Mormon religion isn't any different then any other Christian religion when it comes to teaching their members to be good upstanding people. Its funny how so many "other" so called Christians seem to forget that their religion is supposed to teach the same thing when they go bagging on Mormons for what they believe in.

X2, I didn't really know jack about Mormons or the LDS church until I married into them. They aren't that bad at all if you can wrap your head around the charltanry in their past and the constant proselytizing...

I have my issues with that too. But then again. The Vatican has some blood on its shoes too.
I don't want to start a religion debate here. Just trying to say that they are not any better or worse then any other regular joes out there.
