Oil Filter Relocation and Oil Cooler

We all know that changing the oil in our 4.0Ls is a messy job, in cruising around on the summit racing website what I have been thinking of doing is buying the oil filter relocating kit http://store.summitracing.com/partd...part=SUM-G4985&N=700+-149424+115&autoview=sku and putting an oil cooler http://store.summitracing.com/partd...part=BMM-70266&N=700+-128262+115&autoview=sku in line with this. Basically have one line go to the filter then to the cooler and the return line from the cooler run back through the filter. I just ask because when I put my stroker in the engine compartment I would like to keep it cool and clean. I have a friend with a 4.7L stroker in his XJ and he has no mechanical fan, but he has a tranny cooler, an oil cooler, and a 3 core GDI radiator. That beast stays cool anytime the jeep is moving above 15mph, even under load. This is my general idea, what is the best way to do something like this?

Thanks,

JT

That's the basic idea that I am going for, but I am aiming for stacked plate coolers for both the engine and the tranny. Has anyone done this or something similiar, and what kind of results did you have?

I tried to install a dual oil filter relocating kit and could not find a suitable place to mount it without alot of fab work. I may go ahead and do the fab work and include a small cooler as well.
