does anyone know where i can 4 new fender flares for a 1997. i was looking for the ones that are already painted black. like the ones that come on the country/classic pkg.

There are almost always good ones at the junkyard. The mounting studs on the flare brackets almost always snap off. You can drill them out and rig up something or get ones at the same place.
