Anyone ever seen these?

yes they really work. the inner ring sits inside the lip of the rim allowing you to weld it to the lip making it easier to get centered and have a better seal. then the outer ring blots to it. the seller has sold tons of these kits on pirate.

Tell him to put up some better pics on ebay so you can actually see what his product looks like.
