Crazy tire wear on both my passenger side tires?

Just got brand new 33's and alignment. I have visable wear on the passenger side tires. They literally have 400 miles on them.

I thought if I needed a alignment that only the front tire would wear uneven compared to the others?

Thanks guys!
 
Do the roads you drive on have a lot of gravel/rough on the outside vs the center? I dunno just throwin ideas out lol.
