Steering Angles

Dudes, I hear that the trackbar and draglink are supposed to be parallel. Looking at my setup, should I remove my drop pitman arm to make them parallel or leave as is. I get a little more bump steer than I'd like and a tiny vibe at 45. Whatcha think?

What size is your lift? Do you have a tracbar to match the lift?

From the pic I'd say your track bar and drag link are out of whack, likely causing bump steer. Basically, draw a line between the mounting points of the track bar and drag link and they should be parallel (or close to). Looks like you have a bit of lift. Around 6" or so, the stock linkage really doesn't work properly anymore and you have to look at other options in my opinion.

im not running a drop arm and my track bar is adjustibal i havent experinced any D/W or bumpster or vibs, unless i hook up my d-shaft and im at freeway speeds!

dave made it for me at there shop !its simmalar to the jrc ! except i didnt pay for shipping and they installed it and did the alignment alos !some fo the best money ive spent yet!!
if you want ill bring it over and show it to you and you can let me have that hith, if you not gonna use it !

How do I "lose the drop bracket"? Looks like its welded on there? Where would it mount after? Help? I'm a bit slow. (c:

Take a picture of where the track bar mounts to the axle. It appears from the picture you previously posted that you have a drop bracket that is attached to the track bar mount. I might be wrong..
