I am going to do a compression test on my new to me 96 engine that I am putting in my 92 cherokee after I get everything hooked up.This will also serve as a way to get some oil pumping through the engine before I start it up. I need to shut the fuel pump off because I don't want to dump raw fuel into the cylinders. Is there a fuse or relay I can pull that will shut down the fuel pump? thanks in advance for the help!! Ben

Fuel pump relay in the fuse block on passenger side near battery. The relay will be a cube relay and identified on the fuse block cover....
Just remove the relay... and bleed off the fuel pressure at the schraeder valve on the fuel rail that has the injectors attached...
This will deactivate the fuel system....
