Shocks?

Any recommendations on what shocks i should get for the XJ?
I'm sitting at 6.5 inches right now with 35's and need some new shocks but can't decide. its my daily driver and moderate off-roader. i want something nice for the road but i need it to be worthy offroad too. i'm kinda on a budget. Any reccomends? Appreciate it,

Bilstein 7100 Series.





If thats a little much you might look into OME (still kinda spendy) as well as some mono tube RE shocks.

You pay for quality, so it almost boils down to how much you wanna pay.

Bilstein 5150 can be had for around $100 bucks a pop. Or as stated above OME and Re mono tubes are good choices as well.

I would never run less than a bilstien 5150 on an xj that sees dirt. I've got 7100's up front and 5150's for the rear.

I have the RE monotubes and I like them.

Ok, thanks for the advice. I am working a deal with a buddy of mine and as soon as that goes i will purchasing the new shocks. what would be the measurements for the shocks since i am sitting at six inches?
