Conversion to 5 Speed

Kind of sick of my automatic. I miss my 5speed! I have too much into this XJ to sell it and start over again on another. What do I need and what work do I need to do to convert it to a 5speed? Im talking mechanical and electrical?
-tranny
-pedal assembly
- shifter
- t/case
- clutch master cylinder
what else? and how much work is this gonna be?

well..u'll have to jumper the terminals on the NSS so that the engine doesnt think that its still an auto and that its in a gear other than P or N so that it will allow it to start. other than that, you'll need a clutch and what not obviously and sounds like u've got it pretty well covered..i jsut got done swapping a 94 4.0/5 spd into my 89 aw4 jeep...and I LOVE IT now...tons more power than the non H.O. plus now i have a 5 spd!
