Recieved this today OSHA wants to re-classify ammo,powder and primers as "explosivies" doing so would dry up reloading .

That bites. They will probably try to cover it up like it's essential for homeland security or some other B.S. like that. Try to give everyone a warm and fuzzy feeling. Make them think it's easy for a terrorist to get some powder and do some damage.
