yeah I need to get a truck from tucson to flagstaff, does anyone know how much u-haul is? or if anyone knows of a hauler that makes runs tucson to flg.

Send me a PM. I've got a guy going to Flag this weekend with a truck that can haul an XJ, and I am coming up in two weekends, and can find a truck to haul it, if need be.

its a '90 with torn up spider gears in the rear, I appreciate the help, I'll see what I can get ironed out.

There is some love is this thread!

I have to take my truck down to Tucson sometime this week for a tranny rebuild. I might be able to bring it back for you if everything works out. Thinking of heading to Tucson on Friday and will be in Flagstaff Saturday. Let me know.

I dont think your supposed to tow right after a trannie rebuild. But you better ask the shop thats doing it to make sure.

I have to tow the truck to Tucson this week, not tow with it, because it will not shift out of 2nd. It will be there a week to two while a Chevrolet transmission guy from Watson works on it. I think I will be towing it down with a Dodge and will have an empty trailer on the way back.
