Bought it from XJ Armor. It has round plugs and my fan has square. I don't feel like going through the hassel of finding the correct plugs to match my oem ones. Probably work on on earlier model Xj's. Mine was a '99. Includes all hardware minus switch. Intructions are available from website.

I searched for it and to no avail. It has been sitting on my workbench for a month now waiting for me to find time to get the correct plugs. It was s cheapo switch anyways. If you really want it I can search the toolbox for it.
