The Wal-Mart Reese is a universal fit. Save your money. No matter how much adjusting you do, it won't fit as well as a real hitch. I got my Draw-Tite at etrailer.com. Good price and quick service.

Had a universal on my Z71 for years made by Reese and I just welded the sliding parts in addition to bolting it together and hauled car trailers with pretty heavy stuff all across the country. Have had NO problems to this day with it at all.
