92 XJ, 4.0, I did some seaching and was reading in the FSM, but couldn't find if there is any difference in the radiators with the 4900 GVW tow package. Does anyone know if there is a difference or are the radiators the same?

The factory tow pkg should have included a HD radiator. The Jeep parts listing shows 2 choices
- Max Cooling P/N 52028537
- Without Max Cooling P/N 52028134 or 52028131

are these part numbers consistent with newer models as well?

The part numbers often are different from year to year.
1996 shows
52020000 man trans w/o max cooling
52028133 man trans with max cooling
52029045 auto trans w/o max cooling

There might be a different model year max cooling radiator that will swap in.

from my research the tow package had a 3 row radiator and the non TP has a 2 row
