Money to Burn

I have a 90 Laredo 4.0

Stock gears 3.55 D35 rear, 3.55 D30 front
212K miles

Mods so far:

3.5" full pack rear, ACO's front.
Diff armor F&R
BPE's
Terraflex quick-discos (yes, I extended the brake lines)
Open Cooling
Hi-flow cat & muffler
K/N intake
31's on stock Canyon rims*
1.5" wheel spacers*
Stock rear drums
Slotted front rotors

My question:

I have $2500 to 3K to spend on further mods. What do I do to make this Jeep O/R capable AND daily drivable AND get my money's worth.

*getting the numbers together to upgrade these two.

Rocker protection would be good... Skid plates for the t-case & gas tank.

Hmm... Perhaps a Dana 44 for the rear?

well,i don't want you to be stressed out about what to do with the money, so i will pm you my address and I will spend it on my jeep for you.

I'm not just going to throw a bunch of money around, this is instead of buying a newer vehicle, which I can't really afford. I love my Jeep but it's in need if I'm gonna keep driving it until I'm old (oops, too late)...and if I'm going to spend the money on the Jeep I want to do it on the most effective things to keep it on/off the road. I also don't want to give it to a mechanic as I've done almost all the work on this thing for the last 5 years.
