AW4 to NV3500 Trans Swap

have a 2000 xj and was looking to put a stick (NV3500) into it. I'm a mechanic so i know it's possible, but besides the trans, clutch components, pedals, shifter, F&R driveshafts. What else would i need? I use it as a daily driver and do weekend offroading (mild, some trails and mud).

Only thing I can think of offhand (that you didn't mention,) is that you may want to check to see if the PCM is different for the 2K between auto and manual. Having an auto PCM in a vehicle equipped with a manual might make it think it's "missing something," and could throw a persistent code (OBD-II is funny that way, I'm sure you know...)
