When are you planning on changing them ? Do you have a fork to pop them loose, or a BFH ?

well if you dont have.. Rent / borrow the Press AND ball joint adapter kit from a pep boys!!! It make changing them about 10 min of actual time on each ball joint, not accounting for the tire, caliper, rotor, unit bearing, draining front oil and pulling axle.

Just some FYI if it applies.

Justin, I need to recal mine as well. Stock was 3.55 and now I am with 4.56 33 tires. If you can let me know how much that would be great.

Paul, thurs sounds good, what time ?

Why do you have to drain the front diff oil?

Why do you have to drain the front diff oil?

So when you pull the axle out you dont have a cup or more of gear oil in the tube that leaks out and makes a mess for the next week, on the the inner C and the ground. Or you can always put a container at the end of the tube and then try to clean out the tube really good when your all done, but its not all that easy.

Easiest way is to just pull the cover and drain the fluid. Less headache

I guess it could be good to do because nobody ever remembers how long it has been sense they changed thier gear oil anyway:) and seeing how people on this board like that s!@t hole Azusa Cyn they sould probably do it pretty often.
