Need....

Alright so I put a new battery and alternator in my jeep last week. It was driving fine until 3 days ago when my shit died, my batterey was dead. I checked the wires from the battery, alternator, and every where else i could think of. Has anyone had a problem like this. Also is there a way to tell if the voltage regulatorin my computer is fucked.

I would appreciate anyones advice. By the way its a 97 4.0 ax15.
