I got these tires from a friend and want to put them on a 92 sagging rear end xj? I think the backspacing on the wheels is good enough but I'm not sure what other problems I might run into.
how do I measure backspacing myself?

On a stock vehicle, you'll rub on both the wheel wells and the control arms. Stock backspacing is 5.25", you need to be in the 4.5-4.75 range.

Kinda works for the street... (c-arm rub and flair rub on hard hitting bumps) FORGET any offroading.
On my 99, I have a 2" BB and they will grab the lower corners of the flairs and do rub the lower C-arms at full turn.
Here they are on my 99 with sagging rear springs and the BB...

If you cant lift or dont wanna trim, throw some 30's on it and call it done.

NO rub anywhere.
