97- up rear end noise common??

I was told that it is common for the 1997 and ups, to have alot of rear end noise. IS this true ?? Anything to correct this.. or was this a line of BS ???

i havn,t heard of many d c 8.25's making noise. but the GRAND cherokee with the aluminum rear end is a different story.

I tell ya what, it becomes true when you put anything over about an inch of lift on them. They start vibrating horribly, so yeah in turn the rear end makes a lot of noise. Well not really the diff, but the driveshaft sure does.
