Need an alignment?

I just bought some fixed length RE control arnms to replace the stockers. The question is, after the install, do I need to get an alingment done or am I good to go?
 
are they the same length as stock?
if they're the same length nothing will change.
You need to measure from the centers of the bolt holes.
