Nice but why put the spare so high?
Departure angle?

i actually have 2 options- mount the spare high and have room behind the rear seat(tools, gas, water, ect), or i can mount 2 laying at an angle behind the rear seat for a lower center of gravity..this cage lends well to both options. And yes departure angle is the reason im not considering hanging it off the back.

What type of setup you running suspension wise? As well, what wheelbase are you currently at?

the front is currently running modified rustys longarm with 8-9 coils, custom steering and track bar. the rear are custom 8-9 alcan springs(I need to pull a leaf and run some shackles), but it will soon be a tri-4 link possibly claytons, or a version of claytons, so im not even going to mess with it until I 4 link it.. and it has a 108" wheelbase.:D

1st question-Why are there 3 flopped jeeps in that picture? what caused that?
and 2nd- is that front axle wider than the rear or is that just the way the picture looks?

tierra del sol ....... yep 3 down 2 jeeps and a yota, play hard pay hard. all were rolled over and driving again within a half hour.
and yes the front is wider then the rear. spacers will be the fix. this is a cheap jeep build, and the offset axels where free.

how much wider? an inch or so on each side? that might be better for you. you want the front at least a LITTLE wider for maneuverability... but if its like 2" on each side id say thats a bit much...

its about a 5 1/2" difference overall 2 3/4 per side. i plan on keeping the front slightly wider..... so probably 2" spacers. does anyone foresee and issues with that setup that i should be aware of?. im aware of the addition leverage stress but beyond that i should be alright?right? thanks

Rig looks good. Kinda in need of a rear bumper and a set or rock rails. Other than that looks good.
