1994 Cherokee... Go to start it and it starts just fine, but if you let go of the key, the starter stays engaged and obviously makes a screeching sound. The only way to drive the vehicle is to hold the key to the run or on position (right before it goes to start) the whole time you're driving it. Is this an ignition switch issue or starter selenoid... or something else?
