Just cut the tubes on the HP44 project, it's been sitting on the garage floor as I collected parts. Warn website, multiple attempts at measuring, research on tube length. Finally measured the difference, marked with sharpie and tape, and put the bandsaw to it. Took about ten minutes of cutting, 5 with a flap disc, and the axle shafts fit. For some, I know "What's the big deal?", for me (I cannot cut a straight line), it was a hurdle. Looking back, too much thinking, not enough doing. I feel special, someone tell me it's not good enough to bring me back to reality.
