Yep, it's some kind of funky metric thingy.

I assume you are searching so that you can find fitting for your new hydro hoses? If so, just take your old hose to your hose maker and have them cut that fitting off and tig it onto your new hose. That's how we took care of mine. If you're having big issues with worthy places in the big city, send me your old hose and your measurements and I'll take it down and have it done for you.
