I know they can be very hard to reach but all I can say is keep trying. I am running the Y-link kit and LOVE it. I think they will come through in the end. :D

Just got my product from TnT.
Being self employed myself I know how challenging it is to get product out the door during peek busy times when you have a small business.
Bob makes good products, and I will continue to use them.
