View Full Version : Does this make you feel bad for a dope-runner?
Amazing. I don't think anyone can really believe Lady Justice is blind anymore.

Yah, the problem is that they had poor aim. About 3 ft higher would have done nicely.
I know that sounds harsh, but it would have prevented so many issues.

How do you shatter a urethra? Isn't it normally soft?

Gosh and golly video rangers - if he "knew it was bad," then he's paying the price for his actions, and doesn't deserve a damn thing.
Too bad they missed. Should have sent someone out on "death detail," like they did in Vietnam (if they even look like they might be alive, they get another one in the head. Problem solved.)
No, I don't feel bad for the dope-runner, and the case really shouldn't even go to trial, y'ask me. Too bad judges don't think that way...

He is lucky I didn't find him smuggling drugs out it the desert with no one else around. I would have spent hours pissing in his mouth and kicking his balls before I put one small bullet in his knee and watch him bleed out.

I heard about this for a while on the savage nation and all I have to say is that pathetic excuse for a man should be XXXXing shot in god damn head along with his lawyer and everyone responsible for putting those two BORDER CONTROL AGENTS in jail for doing their job. P.C. Liberal fagots are destroying this country and I'm sick of it!

P.C. Liberal fagots...
PC liberals have nothing to do with this case. You should be outraged about everything going on here, but do some reading and direct your anger towards the appropriate people. This is the work of Johnny Sutton, who is hardly a pc thug. Actually some strong ties to W there.

Since Compean and Ramos have been convicted of wrongful actions, this dirtbag actually has a case and will probably get something out of it.

I don't feel bad. Doing something illegal trasporting drugs. Did it say if he was illegal too? The things people will do for a few pennies. Maybe he wanted to get his CDL so he could legally drive a big truck and transfer even more drugs? Who cares about his urethra. It's his own fault. Let him pay. Not our fault those border patrol have bad aim and didn't get him where it counts. But hey, he's not the only dumbnut out there who's done something stupid, sued and have won... who knows what his outcome will be.
This is an e-mail I got from an old co-worker...
Time, once again, to review the winners of the annual "Stella Awards." The
Stella Awards are named after 81 year-old Stella Liebeck, who spilled hot
coffee on herself and successfully sued McDonald's (in New Mexico ). That case
inspired the Stella Awards, for the most frivolous, ridiculous, successful
lawsuits in the United States .
Here are this year's winners:
5th Place (tie):
Kathleen Robertson of Austin , Texas , was awarded $80,000. by a jury of her
peers after breaking her ankle tripping over a toddler who was running inside
a furniture store. The owners of the store were understandably surprised at
the verdict, considering the misbehaving little toddler was Ms. Robertson's
son.
5th Place (tie):
19-year-old Carl Truman of Los Angeles won $74,000 and medical expenses when
his neighbor ran over his hand with a Honda Accord. Mr. Truman apparently
didn't notice there was someone at the wheel of the car when he was trying to
steal his neighbor's hubcaps .
5th Place (tie):
Terrence Dickson of Bristol , Pennsylvania , was leaving a house he had just
finished robbing by way of the garage. He was not able to get the garage door
to go up since the automatic door opener was malfunctioning. He couldn't
re-enter the house because the door connecting the house and garage locked when
he pulled it shut. The family was on vacation, and Mr. Dickson found himself
locked in the garage for eight days. He subsisted on a case of Pepsi he found,
and a large bag of dry dog food. He sued the homeowner's insurance claiming
the situation caused him undue mental anguish. The jury agreed, to the tune
of $500,000. In my opinion this is so outrageous that it should have been 2nd
Place !
4th Place :
Jerry Williams of Little Rock , Arkansas , was awarded $14,500. and medical
expenses after being bitten on the buttocks by his next door neighbor's beagle.
The beagle was on a chain in its owner's fenced yard. The award was less
than sou because the jury felt the dog might have been just a little provoked at
the time by Mr. Williams who had climbed over the fence into the yard and
was shooting it repeatedly with a pellet gun.
3rd Place :
A Philadelphia restaurant was ordered to pay Amber Carson of Lancaster ,
Pennsylvania , $113,500. after she slipped on a soft drink and broke her coccyx
(tailbone). The beverage was on the floor because Ms. Carson had thrown it at
her boyfriend 30 seconds earlier during an argument.
2nd Place :
Kara Walton of Claymont , Delaware , successfully sued the owner of a night
club in a neighboring city when she fell from the bathroom window to the floor
and knocked out her two front teeth. This occurred while Ms. Walton was
trying to sneak through the window in the ladies room to avoid paying the $3.50
cover charge . She was awarded $12,000 and dental expenses
1st Place :
This year's run away winner was Mrs. Merv Grazinski of Oklahoma City , Oklah.
Mrs. Grazinski purchased a brand new 32-foot Winnebago motor home. On her
first trip home, (from an OU football game), having driven onto the freeway,
she set the cruise control at 70 mph and calmly left the driver's seat to go
into the back & make herself a sandwich. Not surprisingly, the RV left the
freeway, crashed and overturned. Mrs.Grazinski sued Winnebago for not advising
her in the owner's manual that she couldn't actually do this. The jury awarded
her $1,750,000. plus a new motor home. The company actually changed their
manuals on the basis of this suit, just in case there were any other complete
morons around.

I heard on the radio today that someone is suing a college for damages/injuries after they fell out of a 3rd story window, because there were no warnings. By the way, the guy was mooning people out his window, standing on a heater when it happened.

Because it's America? Seriously.... it's rediculous.. If I rob you and for some odd chance you fight back and break my arm, can I take you to court for attacking me...and I'm going to win billions of dollars.

Which is why the first strike in H2H should aim to incapacitate. The second (if necessary) should aim to kill.
It's probably cheaper to fight a manslaughter case that to pay punitive damages anyhow. However, I've not needed a second strike - bouncing them off the pavement or a masonry wall usuallly ends the argument.

I imagine cheaper to box em' up and bury em' in the ground too than go through months and months of a trial and all that jazz. The guy should have thought about consequences before he agreed to the $1,000 to drive a van even he thought could have been filled with bad stuff. However... I don't think having your urethra explodified something you'd think of... but still!

Its all because people are too sensative and they believe hurt feeling are worth money. BS grow some thicker skin. Stupidity should not be a valid reason to ruin sombodies life over. Do you ever hear about the aftermath of a family getting sued by a burgler? $100,000 is A LOT of money and would take year to pay off. So instead of saving up for retirement and enjoying life along the way people are going to have to work until they die to pay off a scumbag.
And the reason I was bitching about the liberals is If we had a fence and our border security people were aloud to secure the borders this A$$HAT wouldn't have been able to make it over here. But the liberals think that would be wrong to close the borders and deport illegals. They're only here to better their lives after all.

This administration and the right want an open border just as much as the far left, I would argue they want it even more. This administration has always planned to have open borders with the guest worker program. It is also why W was down in Mexico pledging the people there that the US will reform its laws to make it easier for them. Have you heard of the Mexican truck deal that is about to go into effect? Check out the Flake-Gutierrez bill (http://www.khow.com/pages/shows-boyles.html?feed=119773&article=2039498) that is currently working its way through congress, which will provide amnesty to mexican nationals and more. It is supported by both W and Ted Kennedy.
I know it is so easy to blame every on those damn liberals but don't be so clueless about what the conservatives are doing as well. Both parties are in bed on this issue together. If you want something to happen or things to be different you have to stop thinking that voting republican is enough.

I heard some BS about how if Cuban's make it to Florida's shore they aren't considered illegals?
Now maybe it's just a joke because they will never make it to the shore because of A) the sea and B) the coast guard....
Regardless, it doesn't make sense.....if I were somehow able to hop the fence from Canada to the United States I don't think they'd let me stay without verifying my pass port.

Footdale I never said I'm republican. I think Bush acts more Liberal than conservative. I am a relaxed consevative and think that the people in office claiming to be conservative are a joke. Every politician is a whore willing to sell themself for a vote. I think we do need to stop this liberal v.s conservative stuff but living with 2 liberal and working around tons they just see things in this fairy tale light and think the government is going to take care of us and do all that good stuff the say they will. And the image being painted of christian conservatives is starting to p#ss me off too. I have very little faith in the government and think it needs to be down sized. I think people should be angered by the mismanagement of our country and do something about it. Honestly I don't know what to do. I see everyone converting to the left because they think the right is corrupt and these guys over here are going to fix it. The guys on the left are just as corrupt and twice as nuts. I also dislike the political view of "I dont like what you do so I'm gonna make it Illegal" which seems to be sweeping the nation as well.
Honestly I am an American. I applaud anyone who would do something as brave as pick up and relocate to a new country where things are so different. But I wish they would do it the right way. I wish also that society wouldn't try to convince us that we need to be more like them. This may sound racist but It's actually ment to be anti racist. If we saw ourselves as Americans rather than african american or latin american Things would be better. I can't watch a kids show with my daughter without learning about another culture. Why don't these Imigrant learn about our culture? I believe in the melting pot idea but right now it seems like there isn't much melting going on.
I'm extreamly tired right now so I hope this make some sence. I honestly am sick with politics anyways.
