I have a Beamers 8000k H4 HID kit and was wondering what lense would be the best to use? IPF? Rampage Products? Delta?

quadratec, summit racing and rallylights.com all carry hella h4 housings as well as some other brands. Rallylights is a hella vendor and also carries alot of their aux. lighting. Great group of guys, reputable in the watercooled vw scene.
Cibie's seem to be the most expensive. Quality is top notch on them. I have hella's on both mine and my fathers xj, quality is also top notch on them. From what I've seen the light output is a little bit better with the cibie's. IPF and delta also make h4 conversions also.

I run Hella's... they are awesome.. upgrade your harness too..
search for Hella lens or H4 you will find a couple of discussions on this.
I got my set up from http://www.rallylights.com/ Ecodes and i run hella bulbs.

CIBIE are high quality, I run hella E's on the XJ and CIBIE's on the TJ.

I would contact Daniel Stern. His customer service is top notch, and even if he doesn't carry what your looking for he can most likely point you in the right direction to finding what you want.

Here is a whole kit that includes the lenses with proper optics for HID, and it's DOT approved.
