Thinking that while NWFest is going on that the kids should have a little something for themselves.
can I pleae get a count of the children (say 12 and under) how will be attending our event so that I can have an emisary handle something for them Sat. night?
Thanks in advance,
and keep it simple please.

Already being handled... I'm waiting until I get the all-around head count announcement to plan anything.

Since we're on topic...are there going to be any kids or family members staying off the trails Saturday? The question of security was posed the other day. Some folks will have generators, etc they're bringing along and wondered if anyone is going to be staying at camp who might be able to keep an eye on things.

It is possible that my wife and or kids might stay at camp on Saturday. But I will not know that till then.
I will have my motorhome there and I will most likely have room for people to put some things that need to be kept "safe" in one of my baggage bays or similar. They are locked, but just more "out of sight, out of mind" type security.
It would be a good idea for anyone who has significant valuable items to plan on bringing cables or other ways of locking them up.
If anyone wants to PM me before the trip about specific items they want to keep safe I would be more than happy to help if I can.
I believe there will also be other Tow rigs with trailers there as well.

good idea.
Give all the kids a firearm for attending NWF and have them guard the camp with a loose, and not easily defined set of orders.

I tried to break it to Sabrina that Daddy's Jeep couldn't tow the Abrams down to TSF.
She's rather upset, so she settled for a pellet gun session in the hallway instead. ;)

I have recruited GI-John as my Special NWFEST for kids emisary.
I expect everyone to treat him with the callousness I've come to expect.
( his first recruiter must have had an easy time too! :D )
