Valve Cover?

Some one gave me a valve cover and I was wondering if there is any real benefits in installing it. My stock valve cover and gasket seem to be doing fine at the present time.

If it aint broke? Don't fix it.
Wait till the stock one starts to leak, unless you just want to show off some bling.

The Crown version is thicker and made has more fins than the stock unit (better heat dissapation) and it helps to quiet the valves somewhat. Not that I care about noise, the more the merrier.

This would be a good time to customize a little. Paint the new one and make it purty then install with new gaskets and all is well.
