Dana 30 carrier Q's

ok its time for a regear and im going from 3.55 to either 4.10 or 4.56 i have a d30 hp front and a 8.25 in the rear it is a dd and sees alot of highways im personally leaning towards the lower gears, but want some help there. the main question is the dana 30 carrier i know i need a new one, but i bought one a while ago for the spider gears off ebay and have no clue anymore what ratio that it was made for. is there an easy way to tell if it is for the 3.73+ or the 3.55-? almost forgot some helpfulls 93 4.0, with a few power upgrades here and there running 33"s. thanks in advance.

set the carrier on the bench on end with the ring gear flange down low

and measure from the bench to the ring gear mounting surface.
3.54 and down carrier is 1.810" tall
3.73 and up carrier is 1.943" tall
