Looks like a tent trailer when down. All hard sided walls, windows, & door.

(not mine, but I kinda wish I'd have seen this one before).

Turn the binoculars around........pretty easy to make a trailer like this spring over and run taller tires. It's a nice setup for two adults, still looking for one that will sleep 2 adults and 2 kids in comfort......and the one parked in my neighbors backyard is high on the list.

There was one in the Tooele paper for 650.00. the # is 435-843-4341 (Brad). again this is not mine and I do not know the guy. Just posting since it was in the paper. If I had the money I would check it out.
