Finally finished up the instructions for installing 1-ton steering. Figured we may as well have a sale so people can proof read them for me, and see if anything doesn't make sense.

Under tools needed- PB BlasTer

under 4a- "you're" not "your"

other than that they look great. I'm going to go raid the pocket change jug now to try and come up with enough coin for this setup...

You will need to Cut of and relocate your factory sway bar mounts. Also you will need to clearance the coil buckets a little to get lock to lock steering back. We would need to be notified of this change, as we would need to ream the passenger side TRE the opposite way for the flip.

The pictures used to demonstrate the drilling and reaming of the Pitman arm aren't pictures of drilling and reaming a Pitman arm.
Those should be under the section for drilling the knuckles.

I do not have pictures of pitman arm reaming. I need to take these myself on our next shop install... but until now I think it will give people something pretty to look at it. Even if I did take them it would be on the mill anyway...

Honestly if a customer dosen't know what a pitman arm or a knuckle they should take their vehicle to a shop to have this installed. I don't want to be mean, but it's for the safety of others and themselves.

been lookin at this setup for awhile and i was wondering how many inches of lift do you think it will work with?

Well it will techincally work with up to like 11-12" off lift. But after about 6" of lift, you would start to have really bad steering angles. If you were to run a drop pitman arm, it will work nicely with 6"-6.5" of lift. Any higher then that, you will probably have some bump steer. (same case with any steering kit).
