How do you tell when you are in love with your Jeep?

The other day I was driving down the road and saw another Jeep Cherokee and it hit me that I was in love with my Jeep. How did I know? While looking at the other Jeep wondering what kinds of mods it had in the engine bay.. underneath with the axles etc I felt like I was cheating on my own XJ having those thoughts and wanting to have a little closer peep at the other Cherokee. So... when you feel like you're cheating on your XJ by looking at others and wanting to see more.. that's one way you know you love your XJ.

When you do all of your own work, even if you know its gonna take forever and you might mess something up, because you just don't trust anyone else to work on your Jeep...if for some reason someone DOES have to work on it, you ask them 8 million questions and you ask if you can watch.

Ditto. Plus I'm selling a Firebird and an ElCamino because the Jeep made them suddenly seem less fun ... or more expensive. Or both.

I felt like I was cheating on my XJ when I got my MJ. After I got it, I realized I drive them both equally. I occasionally look at or cop a feel of another XJ, it's all in fun and games though.

haha oh man... I didn't think this thread would be such a hit! Great. I also show my love to my Jeep by going through tight trails letting the branches give it a good side scratch. I just started a new job and I can see my Jeep right out the window... all my coworkers know it's mine :viking:
