29 spline 8.25 and 2 in receiver

i have a 29 spline 355 open 8.25 out of my 01 with about 75 k on it brakes are good ready to bolt in $175

2 in receiver no hardware still looks new $40

both are available for local pick up in the houston, tx area. i will deliver local for some gas money.

Is it a rear hitch that accepts a 2" receiver? Or just the receiver?
