Jeep wont start...

new battery fully charged and brand new starter. had it running last week, what can it be? just did the OBA conversion from the stock AC unit. turn the key and not a sound. I tried to spark the started to kick it runnning in gear. beat it a few times it sure makes the noice of it wanting to start but the motor wont do anything? any suggestions?

i had my brother wiggle bothe wires on batter to make sure there wasnt a bad connection or not. i have not checked the little wire with a volt meter but i wiggeleed that as well. the starter was turning with i connected terminals though. what else to check?

if its an automatic, check the neutral safety switch

yea NSS is garbage. i always had to start my jeep in neutral. i do not mind that though. i just want tog et it started...
