I'm suprised that this topic isn't in the FAQ section. I'm sure its asked quite a bit, but when I search I can't seem to find a clear answer.

So can someone verify whether or not 30/9.50-15 BFG A/T's on 15x7 w/ 4.5 BS will not rub?

I had that setup. It didn't rub.

You'll be fine.
The rubbing will be very minimal, if any.

Heck, some 31's that are actually 30" high, but usually the width is what rubs being 10.5" wide. If you are getting rims with an offset, I would look into some Maxxis Bighorns as their 31's measure 30" and they look and perform great.
