Rear springs, good, bad, or just ugly?

So im underneath the Jeep and wondering weather or not my springs aer supposed to look like this. The springs forward of the axels, go down, it loks like theres something broken in there, Also the bump-stops have a permenant axel shape in them as though it spent a lot of time there.
Mabye im just looking for a good excuse for a lift kit....but anyone see anything wrong here>????Im not the original owner, its a 1990, and ive had her for allmost 2 years.....no tellin what happened...But the suspension seems tight as far as street driving..

Them be some mighty finely sagged springs you have there. A lift kit with new springs would be a good way to fix it.

Yeah stock springs are pretty much flat, but DEFINITELY not inverted!
