hp44 cast wedges, am I screwed?

I just picked up a 78 bronco axle complete and noticed it has cast wedges on it. will I be able to use this to cut down to waggy width?

Not by cutting it down. You can cut out the plug welds (complicated nasty process), press out the tubes, and press in new ones that are the right length (or can be cut to the right length).



Basically, you're screwed.

Unless you do a ford radius arm conversion. then you're set.
